The 5-day Hatha Yoga workshop is designed to get you ready for the upcoming Samyama Program in the US. You will be learning Upa Yoga, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, and Yogasanas in a systamatic way. Some of these practices are pre-requistes for Samyama.
These carefully crafted yogic practices boost your metabolism, strengthen the muscular system, build physical strength, and remedy weak constitutions.
IMP: The pre-requisite programs for Samyama, such as BSP, Shoonya/Shakti Chalana Kriya and Pre-Samyama meet are not included in this class.
