Reset your inner wellbeing!

The 21-Day Isha Hatha Yoga Program, designed by Sadhguru, includes guided sadhana and allows you to take a significant step toward enhancing oneself within the powerful ambiance of a consecrated space. Doing Yogic practices in a dedicated manner for 21 continuous days has a profound impact on your system. Conducted in a deeply committed environment, the program will guide you through foundational tools to strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and balance your emotions. We invite you to make use of these 21 days for your own growth and inner transformation. As a part of the 21-Day Program, participants will have the opportunity to learn following Hatha Yoga practices.

Yogasanas offered as a set of 21 powerful Yoga postures, Yogasanas, are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to direct one’s energy in a particular way.
Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing.
Angamardhana taught as a series of 31 dynamic processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness.
Upayoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles, and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.
