Yogasanas: Align yourself to cosmic geometry

Yogasanas are offered as a set of 21 powerful Yoga postures. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

Surya Kriya: awaken the Sun within

A potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing. “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system.

Angamardhana: mastering the limbs

Taught as a series of 31 dynamic processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

UpaYoga

Simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles, and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. Based on a complex understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa Yoga dispels power in the body’s energy and brings ease to the whole system.

6:00 am - 8:30 am

Note: One must attend all sessions in order to participate in this program. You are required to attend additional sessions during the weekends. Please ensure that you weekends are free during the programs.
No prior Yoga experience is needed to attend the program.
