7:00 am - 9:30 am : 1st Morning Session with Sukha
10:00 am - 12:00 pm : 2nd Morning Session with Sukha
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm : Lunch & Reset
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm : Afternoon Session with Sukha
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm : Late afternoon Session with Sukha
